I can help you tune out the noise and keep it simple as I did after learning from a mentor group that includes former Disney executives, founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, law enforcement leaders, and military leaders. 

I first applied those learnings as a Warehouse Manager. When it resulted in our team’s success, I became our organization’s Leadership and Development Coach. When even more success came, I became tasked with coordinating the tone of our organization’s culture.

All along the way, I focused on empowering others with simple leadership tactics that built a bridge from the front line to the C-Suite.

When I am not talking leadership, I’m a husband to Robyn and a dad to my kiddos, Maggie and Maverick. If no one knows where I am, there’s a decent chance that I’m busy fly fishing a local river in Utah.
